Micro-Credential Program
What this infographic shows
Following the pandemic, the environment for learning and development shifted. Prior to COVID, we learned through face-to-face interactions. The training process is completely different than it was following COVID. Now, we're focusing more on hybrid and online learning. Microlearning is a type of learning that is well-suited for skill development. It entails distilling a skill or concept down to its most fundamental components and teaching only those. As a result, microlearning courses are extremely targeted and comprised of bite-sized exercises. Microlearning is based on bite-sized exercises or "learning nuggets." Indeed, microlearning is all about being shorter, faster, and sharper than typical long-form learning approaches. Microlearning content can be delivered in a variety of ways, but the most logical method is to use software designed specifically for this purpose. This program enables candidates to produce micro-credential video to serve the learning and development for the organisation.
